By Train: While there's no direct train from Lisbon to Paramos, you can take a train from Lisboa Oriente to Paramos via Aveiro and Ovar. The journey involves transfers and takes about 3 hours and 27 minutes.

By Train: Direct trains are available from Aveiro to Espinho, with a journey time of around 1 hour. From Espinho station, you can take local buses (Nos. 3, 5, 9506, 9509) or the BusWay line 4 to Praia de Paramos.
